Return Policy
Spartan Gear Shop aims to provide apparel that is free of manufacturing defects and will gladly accept any item we have received with defect for exchange. If your item is defective, please send us an image via email to Spartangearshop@gmail.com within 15 days of receipt of the item.
All attempts to exchange or returns an item must be sent within 15 days of receiving that item. Any requests received after 15 days is subject to refusal by Spartan Gear Shop. All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with receipt in the package.
We will only refund shipping charges if we discover that we were responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
